Where and when was the above photo taken? Some big clues in the name on the corner wall. Sally’s Coffee Shop is long gone, but there’s a good chance many of you have had a great meal in that building or its neighbor or both.

Another Car House Discovered!

At least in the past.

You might remember the Ocean Beach community of Carville I wrote a book about? Well, while looking at historical photos for last week’s post on Cornelius Reynolds’ mid-Sunset ranch, I found a beauty from back in 1907.
